Refund policy
1.Return window: You may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
2.Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging for hygiene reasons. For grooming/beard products, we can’t accept returns if the seal is broken.
3.Process: Email [your support email] with order number to start a return. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/faulty.
4.Refunds: Once inspected, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5.Damaged/faulty items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace or refund at our discretion.
